I graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2009, where Estate Planning was my focus. As the parent of young children, I understand the importance of planning for the unexpected to make sure the next generation is well provided for (and also what it’s like to not have had a full night’s sleep in 10 years). I’m going to take the time to understand exactly what you want, teach you about the options for achieving your goals, and carefully draft the associated estate planning documents in a way that makes them easy to use for you and your heirs.
Making sure that you understand your options is very important to me, so I try to avoid jargon or legalese. I’m not interested in selling you something or preaching to you. I’m just here to give you accurate information so that you can make informed decisions on how to best provide for yourself and your family.
